Data rights

Signed-in users can submit authenticated, tracked privacy requests in AppMato. Open Settings → Data & Privacy to request an account export or deletion, manage optional consent, review sessions, and find the correction and grievance routes. A request is reviewed; submitting it does not itself immediately erase account data.

• Access or review personal data associated with your AppMato account.
• Correct profile details in your profile settings, or contact the privacy team if a field cannot be corrected there.
• Request account and associated personal-data deletion. Some records may be retained where legally or operationally required.
• For a privacy question or grievance, email privacy@appmato.com. Do not send passwords, OTPs, payment-card numbers, or identity documents.
