AppMato Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 4 October 2026

These Terms apply to AppMato’s shared account, launcher, and connected application ecosystem.

1. About these Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of AppMato, including appmato.com, the AppMato launcher, your AppMato account, and the applications made available through the workspace (together, the “Services”).

By creating an account, accessing the Services, or using an AppMato application, you agree to these Terms and the AppMato Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Services.

2. The AppMato workspace

AppMato provides a common account and a collection of tools for everyday work, communication, creativity, storage, media, discovery, and other personal or business activities. The exact applications, features, limits, and integrations available to you may change by account, region, device, or application.

Some applications are operated by AppMato and some may connect to independent services or third-party content. An application may have additional terms, notices, or permissions that apply to its particular features.

  • Create and manage notes, documents, pages, forms, code, bookmarks, and other workspace content.
  • Store, browse, edit, generate, download, or share files, images, videos, audio, books, and other media where an application supports those actions.
  • Use communication, search, AI, speech, phone-pairing, shopping, or other application-specific features subject to their technical and legal limits.

3. Your AppMato account

You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it current. You are responsible for protecting your password, verification codes, recovery methods, and devices used to access your account. Do not share credentials or allow another person to use your account in a way that violates these Terms.

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use AppMato for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.

4. Age, children, and family use

You must be old enough to enter into these Terms under the law that applies to you. AppMato currently intends its general account and launcher to be used by adults. A parent or lawful guardian must not create or supervise a child account unless the applicable AppMato service expressly supports that flow and the required verifiable parental consent has been completed.

For India, a child is a person who has not completed eighteen years. AppMato will not knowingly process a child’s personal data without the required verifiable parental consent, and will not use child data for behavioural monitoring or targeted advertising. If we learn that a child account was created without the required approval, we may restrict or delete it and the associated data, subject to lawful retention.

5. Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of content that you create, upload, store, or submit through the Services, subject to the rights of others and any separate licence that applies to third-party material. You give AppMato the limited permissions needed to host, process, transmit, display, back up, secure, and technically deliver that content within the Services you request.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for content that you upload or share. Do not upload confidential, personal, copyrighted, or regulated material unless you are authorised to do so and the relevant application is appropriate for it.

6. Acceptable use

You must use the Services lawfully, responsibly, and in a way that does not harm other users, AppMato, or third-party systems. You must not:

  • Break the law, infringe another person’s rights, or facilitate fraud, harassment, abuse, exploitation, or unlawful surveillance.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access, bypass authentication or limits, probe or disrupt systems, introduce malware, or interfere with another user’s account or content.
  • Use AppMato to generate, store, distribute, or request content that is illegal, threatening, deceptive, abusive, or designed to cause harm.
  • Use automated access, scraping, bulk messaging, or downloads in a way that places unreasonable load on the Services or violates a third-party provider’s rules.
  • Use AI, search, speech, image, coding, or media features as a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, employment, safety, or other high-stakes advice.
  • Use the Services to infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other intellectual-property rights.
  • Create or distribute sexual content involving a minor, content that facilitates exploitation or trafficking, non-consensual intimate imagery, impersonation intended to defraud, or synthetic media used to deceive or harm. Speech, image, video, and AI features may have additional safety limits.
  • Use AppMato for unlawful gambling, money games, regulated financial activity, medical diagnosis, or other regulated activity unless the relevant service expressly permits it and you have all required licences and safeguards.

7. Third-party services and content

The Services may display or connect to third-party websites, APIs, media platforms, payment processors, cloud providers, communication providers, app stores, or other services. Their availability, content, terms, and privacy practices are controlled by the relevant third party. Review those terms before using a third-party feature or sharing information with it.

AppMato does not endorse or guarantee third-party content, search results, recommendations, generated output, downloads, or external transactions. You are responsible for checking output and links before relying on them or sharing them.

8. Shopping, payments, and paid features

AppMato may offer digital subscriptions and a Shop where approved third-party vendors list products. Before you place an order or start a subscription, the applicable product page and checkout will show the seller, product or plan, price, taxes, availability, shipping charges, estimated delivery, cancellation, refund, warranty, and support information. Payment details may be handled by an approved payment processor rather than stored by AppMato. We do not receive or store full card credentials unless a specific notice says otherwise.

You authorise the applicable provider to charge the payment method you select for amounts clearly shown before you confirm a transaction. Do not use a payment method without permission from its owner.

For Shop listings, the vendor is responsible for accurate product information, lawful sale, availability, quality, fulfilment, and any vendor warranty or service commitment, subject to applicable consumer law. AppMato may facilitate the marketplace, payment, customer support, and delivery coordination as described on the relevant listing. Orders may be delivered by the vendor or an independent third-party logistics provider.

A recurring subscription must clearly display its billing interval, renewal price, trial conversion, cancellation method, effective cancellation date, and refund eligibility before you confirm payment. AppMato will not use pre-selected paid add-ons, disguised advertisements, false scarcity, forced continuity, or other dark patterns.

9. Intellectual property and reports

AppMato and its licensors own the Services, software, visual design, trademarks, logos, documentation, and other material supplied by AppMato, excluding your content and third-party material. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services while you comply with these Terms.

You must not copy, modify, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Services except where applicable law does not allow that restriction or AppMato gives written permission.

If you believe content or an application infringes your rights or violates law, report it through the published support or legal contact. A report should identify the material, the right or rule involved, your contact details, and any information needed to investigate. We may remove, restrict, preserve, or disclose material when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users and the Services.

10. AI, search, speech, and generated output

AI, search, speech, image, code, and media features may produce incomplete, inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate output. Output may not be unique and may not be suitable for professional, legal, medical, financial, employment, safety, or other high-impact decisions. Review output before relying on it, and do not submit sensitive or confidential information unless the feature is designed and approved for that use.

You are responsible for the prompts, files, voices, images, and other material you submit and for checking that your use of generated output is lawful and does not infringe another person’s rights. AppMato may apply safety filters, rate limits, human review, or provider rules to these features.

You must not direct or use an AppMato feature to create, modify, publish, or distribute unlawful synthetic information, including deceptive deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery, child sexual abuse material, or impersonation used for fraud, harassment, or harm. Where required by applicable law, AppMato may label synthetic output, preserve relevant evidence, remove or disable access to content, restrict or terminate an account, disclose information under lawful process, or report an offence to the appropriate authority.

11. Availability, changes, and beta features

We work to keep AppMato useful and secure, but the Services may be unavailable, delayed, limited, or changed because of maintenance, updates, outages, network conditions, security events, or dependencies outside our control. We do not promise that every application or feature will remain available or error-free.

We may add, remove, or change features and may offer experimental or beta features that are provided for evaluation. We will update these Terms when material changes are made. Your continued use after the effective date of an update means you accept the revised Terms; if you do not agree, stop using the affected Services.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using AppMato at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, investigate abuse, address security or payment risk, enforce these Terms, or discontinue a Service. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

After termination, you may lose access to content stored in the Services. You should export content you need before closing an account. Terms that by their nature should continue—including ownership, acceptable use consequences, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute provisions—will continue to apply.

13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. AppMato disclaims warranties that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, complete, or suitable for every purpose. You are responsible for backups, decisions based on generated or third-party content, and the content you submit.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppMato will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14. Governing law and contact
