1. What AppMato provides

AppMato brings together productivity, communication, creative, storage, media, search, AI-enabled tools, and a Shop in one account and workspace. Customers can use the applications and features available to their account and can review the terms that apply to each product or service.

2. Plans, products, and pricing

AppMato displays applicable subscription plans, digital services, and Shop products with their prices and availability. Before payment, the product page and checkout show the exact price, currency, applicable taxes, billing interval, renewal terms, activation or delivery timing, cancellation method, and refund terms.

3. Digital services and Shop orders

Digital plans and application features are activated on the AppMato account used at checkout. Shop products may be listed by approved third-party vendors. The listing identifies the vendor and provides the product, pricing, availability, delivery, return, refund, warranty, and support information that applies to the order. AppMato may coordinate delivery through independent third-party logistics providers.

4. Customer policies and support

Customers can review the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refunds & cancellations policy, Shipping & delivery policy, and Contact & grievance page before completing a transaction. Payment, refund, support, or privacy requests must not include passwords, one-time codes, full card numbers, or unnecessary identity documents.
