For privacy questions, access, correction, deletion, consent, or grievance requests:

Support and reports

For support, accessibility, copyright, refund, and content reports, use the in-product Support form or email support@appmato.com. The Support form provides a ticket number and status for authenticated users.

For security incidents, report suspected account compromise or data exposure promptly. Do not include passwords, one-time codes, or full payment credentials.

Grievance escalation

For a grievance, email privacy@appmato.com or use the Contact & grievance route. Include the page or service involved, your account email, and a clear description of the issue; do not send passwords or one-time codes. For a Shop order, also include the order reference and vendor name where applicable.
